In New Construction, what is the difference between an "off-plan" and a "finished" home?

Will my real estate agent help me move the furniture?

Only if it's a small piece of furniture and you promise not to ask them where to put the sofa. Our "Real Estate Agent" contract does not cover "Brute Force and Couple's Therapy".
