The foundation of a great project The deep excavation phase has been completed successfully, clearing the site for what will be the structure of this modern building. But the work doesn’t stop there: the first phase of foundation work has already been carried out—a critical step that ensures the strength and safety of the entire development.
Next step: The arrival of the crane If you pass by the construction area these days, you’ll notice a major change. The current foundations have been designed specifically to allow the imminent installation of the main crane. This is the moment when Fénix Residencial will stop looking at the ground and start growing toward the sky over Calpe.
This progress isn’t just technical; it’s the sign that many homeowners’ dreams are getting closer and closer to becoming a reality. With the crane in position, we’ll begin very soon with the structure for the first floors, moving step by step toward those spectacular Mediterranean views that define this residential development.
